From Upstate NY via NYS Thruway
NYS Thruway East to Exit 11 (Last exit before TZ Bridge). At traffic light make a LEFT onto RT. 59 EAST. Take ROUTE 59 EAST into downtown Nyack. Go to the last traffic light in town, 4th light. ( You will be at Main Street and Broadway.) Make a LEFT onto BROADWAY. Go THREE blocks (left hand side) and make a LEFT onto FIRST AVENUE. Go TWO blocks and make a RIGHT onto JEFFERSON STREET. St. Ann’s will be on your left hand side.

From Palisades Parkway
Take PALISADES INTERSTATE PARKWAY NORTH to EXIT 9E (White Plains/287 East). You are now on the NYS Thruway, follow directions from UPSTATE, NY EXIT 11 (Follow above directions).

From Tappan Zee Bridge
Go over TAPPAN ZEE BRIDGE. Get off at EXIT 11 (The Nyacks). At stop sign GO STRAIGHT through 2 traffic lights. (You will be on High Avenue) At end of High Avenue make LEFT turn onto FRANKLIN STREET. Go 2 BLOCKS make RIGHT onto THIRD AVENUE. St. Ann’s will be on your right hand side.
